The exhibition shows the curious eating habits of the ancient Roman, who lived on the shore of the Adige river. Several original findings, dated back to the I and the IV century, are exhibited in the museum, and they were all discovered in the Trentino territory. People will find kitchen utensils and furnishing made with ceramic, glass and stone; bronze crockery used to cook food; some vegetal residues, like cereals, legumes and grape seeds. Some very beautiful remains, like cups and goblets decorated with frosted glass, shown a sophisticated taste and great craftwork skills. One of the most curious founding are the oysters, probably coming from the Adriatic Sea.
