A historic pastry renewed with a delicious breath of flavour and dynamism

The Serraia has an ancient history: the historic building dates back to the mid-1800s where it was born as a hotel, then transformed into a popular restaurant with the beloved "Siora Lina" on the stove and, since 2005 and finally in an award-winning pastry shop among the best in our province. Currently, after a careful renovation, it has reopened with a new look that has brought a breath of modernity and dynamism to the latter.
Excellent raw materials, at KmZero or nearby, amalgamated with art. Daily artisanal bakery croissants, laminated with fresh butter (without preservatives) with natural flavours as well as other leavened products such as krapfen, rose cake, braids etc.
All the pastry products are made with high quality refined raw materials to guarantee customers an intense and satisfying experience. An all-round attention to the various tastes and different sensitivities that is also manifested in the various confectionery proposals for the vegan guest, lactose-free and gluten-free. The bakery has a large and elegant bar where you can taste its products.
